*Cancellations:
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations are only accepted due to positive COVID-19 tests within your immediate family. Your rescheduled event can only fall on Monday -Thursday within the same month of the originally scheduled event. A reschedule may run into the first week of the following month if the event was booked for the last week of the month. Cancellations made one week or less from the scheduled date forfeit rescheduling and deposit.
*Weather Ultimate Gamer Bus:
Game On Gaming doesn’t accept cancellations due to weather/rain.
*Weather Total Package Trailer + Outdoor Games:
If it shows rain in the forecast (NO MATTER THE PERCENTAGE), we leave all outdoor games behind and operate the Gaming Truck/Trailer without any outdoor games. NO EXCEPTIONS. if this occurs, we deduct $100 from your balance due. This applies to the Gaming Truck/Trailer only.
The number of participants for Foam Explode is limited to the space provided/designated by the customer.
The Customer accepts ALL liability for any injuries and/or damages that occur during a Foam Explode event. We encourage customers to provide supervision for all minors and to use common sense when selecting an area of their property for Foam Explode.
Yes. We encourage customers to designate an area with soft flooring (usually a grass area/lawn) and ample space that’s accessible to the necessary water and electrical hook ups and outlets.
However, Foam Explode can be set up in an outdoor or indoor hard-surface area (such as a large concrete patio). We encourage participants to wear shoes with adequate traction during play.
In all Foam Explode set ups, electrical outlets must be safe and well functioning.

The Customer must provide access to a water hook-up, a safely distanced electrical outlet, and an appropriate open space for play.
