Refund/Cancellation
To secure event, a $100 deposit deposit via credit card is required. Remaining balance is due upon arrival at event.
Deposits are Non-Refundable but can be transferred to another available date.
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations are only accepted due to positive COVID-19 tests within your immediate family. Cancellations made one week or less from the scheduled date forfeit rescheduling and deposit.
*Weather:
Game On Gaming doesn’t accept cancellations due to weather/rain. If you have adequate space indoors to set up safely, most of the outdoor games can be set up at the event location indoors.
Rescheduling Policy
Your rescheduled event can only fall on Monday -Thursday within the same month of the originally scheduled event. A reschedule may run into the first week of the following month if the event was booked for the last week of the month.
Cancellations made one week or less from the scheduled date forfeit rescheduling and deposit.
An Event may be rescheduled free of charge One Time – after which additional fees apply.
Rescheduled events do NOT receive priority. The same, first-come-first-served policy applies to all reservations. No exceptions. Reschedule your event as soon as possible.
The price and rate for the number of hours initially reserved will be honored.
If the number of event hours remains the same, the price will be locked at the rate of initial reservation.
Any additional hours purchased at the time of rescheduling or on the day of the event will be priced at the most current rate.
Safety
Supervision
We require that at least one responsible adult remain for event duration.
Age Restrictions
Minors 6 and below MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult to be in the truck.
Number of Players
For your safety, manageability and comfort we recommend a maximum of:
- 20 players at once for ages 7 to 12.
- 16 players at once for ages 12 to 17.
- 14 players at once for ages 18 and up.
PLEASE BE AWARE:
Due to covid-19, G. O. G. T. only allows UP TO 15 PLAYERS AT ONCE for your safety and the safety of our community.
Truck Requirements
Our Game Truck/Trailer is 45′ long.
We require a minimum of 60′ of street parking to park.
- The customer/event holder is responsible for securing/reserving the required parking space (minimum 60 feet).
- The customer assumes responsibility for ensuring the parking space is legal and permissible according to community guidelines (this is includes private community and HOA rules, etc.).
- The customer assumes responsibility for ensuring the reserved space is available 1 hour prior to event start time to allow for timely setup.
- For safety, we do not accept driveways or car ports as valid parking options.
Public and Residential Parks Restrictions
For safety and to be respectful of other park patrons, we reserve the right to make adjustments and/or omissions to equipment used at events in public and residential parks. This applies, but is not limited to, outdoor play items requiring electrical setup; specifically the outdoor console gaming area and air hockey.
Assessments are made on a location to location basis to determine whether setup can be done safely. Though Game On Gaming Truck does its best to achieve a maximum gaming setup, we can not make guarantees for these portions of our service in public facilities especially high traffic areas.
Customers can help by discussing setup with park staff in advance of the event, and perhaps reserving a designated area in the park for the event. This should include finding a suitable low traffic area accessible to the truck where electrical wiring does not cross common park pathways.
