Reserve the Total Package Trailer

  1. REQUEST A RESERVATION.
    Fill out the Request Reservation form. You’ll hear back from us within 24 hours to let you know if your event/party can be accommodated.
  2. PAY YOUR DEPOST.
    After your booking is approved, we’ll let you know how to pay your deposit. Deposits are $100, and non-refundable. Your remaining balance is due the day of your event before we can begin setup of the gaming areas. 
    Please, pay your deposit promptly. We can not hold your requested date and time until your deposit is received. 

    * Be aware that failure to cancel a reservation in a timely manner does result in penalty for the full total of your requested hours.

This is the time you would like to begin gaming. This may be different from your event/party start time. This does NOT include our setup time. Keep in mind that a minimum of 1 hour is required for setup.
This is the total number of Gaming Hours (not including setup) you are requesting. These hours are billable. An additional $175 is added to your balance for Each Hour after the included 2 hours.
